Did you know you don't have to pay a realtor a commission to represent you for purchasing your next home? Many buyers are not aware of this. I represent you, acting in your best interest. For example, I would review comparison sales in the neighborhood to determine value, verify taxes, zoning and flood insurance. My goal is to assist you in purchasing your next home for the best possible price and terms. The seller of that home pays the real estate fees.
I am very patient with my buyers. I listen to and evaluate your desires, and show as many homes as necessary (on average 18 homes) in an informed and cooperative effort to find you a wonderful, sound and comfortable home you'll be happy in for years to come.
Purchasing a home is an emotional endeavor. You have to balance your wants and needs with your finances, while always keeping resale value in mind.
Resale is of the upmost importance. Life situations change – you may want a larger or smaller home, wish to move into a different school system, be relocated out of the area, or receive a big promotion.
This is again where my 32+ years of full-time experience is vital. If we all work together and do our "homework", you will be truly happy in your new home and secure in knowing you made the best possible decision for you and your family.
There is a specific approach utilizing the Multiple Listing System (MLS), in conjunction with the Internet, to locate good deals (such as estates, tranferees & divorces) in Real Estate. I would be glad to explain this process.
